Common questions

Is there a fee to join?

No. There's no joining fee or annual membership. We invest in your training and onboarding for free — we make money when you do.

How long does approval take?

We respond within 2 working days, typically with a discovery-call invite. Final agreements are signed within 7–14 days of the first call.

Do I need a sales team in place?

For Bronze and Silver tiers, no — many of our partners start solo or with one teammate. For Gold tier we'd expect at least a 2-person commercial team.

How are commissions paid?

Quarterly, in INR or USD, to your registered company bank account. Payouts run on the 15th of the month following each quarter's close.

Can I sell other school ERPs alongside Indika?

Bronze and Silver partners can — but Gold partners commit to Indika as their primary K-12 platform. We don't mind adjacent products (hardware, content, AV).

What support do you give my customers?

Same as direct customers: 24/7 SLAs based on plan, customer-success manager, training resources, and our entire help center.

Do you protect my territory?

Silver tier gets regional inbound priority. Gold tier gets exclusive territory contracts (city / state / country, depending on size).

What if a school I introduced wants to buy direct from Indika?

Once a deal is registered to you, it stays yours — for 24 months on referrals, lifetime on resellers.
